Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated General Manager to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Full profit and loss responsibility (primary compensation drivers)
- Drive Revenue and EBITDA growth of the business
- Maintain and expand customer relationships
- Direct sales efforts by the Pavion Company team
- Expand cross selling opportunities
- Monthly WIP review or Backlog Review
- Monthly Forecasting Objectives
- Day to Day Operations
- Prepare monthly and annual budgets for Revenue and EBITDA
- Oversee staffing
- Manage workflow and local processes
- Training of personnel
- Ensuring proper staffing levels are met to deliver
- Support AR collections and direct AP disbursements
- Build a service oriented team committed to excellence and the success of the company
- Safety Implementation of inspections, training and exhibiting a Zero Harm Mindset.
- Drive KPI improvements at target or above.
- Customer Experience/ RMR retention
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.)
- 5 years experience in security integration space
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to meet travel requirements
- Ability to work in a stationary position for an extended period of time
The salary range for this position is $XX,XXX–$YY,YYY annually . The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
