The Civil & Structural Lead provides technical oversight of site development, earthworks, utilities infrastructure, structural systems, and building foundations. This role ensures civil and structural designs align with project requirements, construction sequencing strategies, and long-term operational objectives.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate integration of the Civil Structural discipline with the greater project team.

- Support design reviews, technical issue resolution, and engineering decisions.

- Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and client & industry standards.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

- Minimum 10 years of civil and structural engineering experience on capital projects.

- Experience with site development, foundations, utilities, and structural design.

- Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering standards and practices.

- Experience successfully coordinating Civil Structural with multidisciplinary engineering activities for capital projects in excess of $500M TIC.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

- Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated facilities.

- Prior experience in an Owner’s Representative or PMC role for major capital projects in excess of $1B TIC.

- Knowledge of site permitting and construction execution planning.

- Experience supporting startup and operational readiness activities.

- Familiarity with industrial structures and complex site developments.

- Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) registration.
