Caring Senior Service helps seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We are looking for a Part-Time Home Care Consultant to build community relationships, generate referrals, and help connect seniors and families with quality in-home care.

What You’ll Do

- Build relationships with healthcare and community referral partners

- Develop outreach activities to generate new referrals

- Represent the company at community events and networking activities

- Identify new referral and business opportunities

- Track leads, referrals, and activities in our CRM

- Work with the care team to support a positive client and family experience

- Help meet referral and growth goals

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or business development preferred

- Healthcare, senior care, or home care experience is a plus

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Professional, organized, and self-motivated

- Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record

- Willingness to travel throughout Wolfe City and surrounding areas

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

- $48,000–$52,000 annual salary, based on experience
