Sun River Health is seeking a full-time eLearning Specialist to join our team at our HR/eLearning team.

Position Summary

The eLearning Specialist position supports the design, development, coordination, administration, and delivery of organizational learning initiatives that promote employee development, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness. This role manages Learning Management System (Relias) activities, coordinates training enrollments and reporting, supports new hire onboarding, designs and develops training materials and e-learning programs, and ensures employees have access to required learning resources. The position partners with internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to maintain accurate training records, monitor compliance requirements, and provide exceptional customer service. Through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, the e-Learning Specialist contributes to a positive learning experience that supports employee growth and the organization’s mission.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay : $26.00 - $29.9565 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for Eligible External Applicants – Terms and Conditions Apply.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Serves as the lead administrator for the organization’s online learning management platform (Relias).

- Supports the e-Learning Developer in designing and developing engaging, high-quality learning solutions.

- Assists with maintaining eLearning content and modules.

- Coordinates and tracks internal and vendor-led training activities to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.

- Run compliance reports to monitor training completion and support organizational reporting requirements.

- Facilitates new hire onboarding training and presents Customer Service training.

- Maintains the Learning & Development section of the organization’s intranet and provides administrative support for Learning & Development initiatives, including preparing communications, coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, and supporting departmental operations.

Requirements

- Minimum Education Requirement: Associate's Degree

- Minimum Work-Related Experience: 2-4 years

- Preferred Specialized Skills & Knowledge:

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing

- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel within the HRHC service site area

- Demonstrated business office experience, preferably in a large medical practice

- Demonstrated management skills and have expertise in business office tasks and supervision

- Ability to collaborate with other members in order to maintain high-quality standards and achieve client satisfaction

- Extensive knowledge of the use of the Relias platform and Articulate design
