Position Purpose:

The position of National Accounts Manager at Heritage Landscape Supply Group is designed to lead the management and growth of our key national accounts with the objective of exceeding revenue targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic and analytical leader who can develop and execute account strategies, cultivate executive-level relationships, and capitalize on growth opportunities. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, while also representing Heritage at industry events to enhance our brand visibility and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve established sales targets for national accounts.

- Build and nurture robust executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with client objectives and advance long-term partnership goals.

- Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities by conducting thorough analyses of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations—to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products and services.

- Prepare and deliver insightful business reviews, emphasizing performance metrics and strategic opportunities, and propose action plans to executive leadership.

- Lead complex contract negotiations and manage renewals, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and align with company policies.

- Monitor account performance rigorously, providing actionable insights to drive enhancements in sales processes and elevate customer satisfaction levels.

- Represent SRS Heritage Group at industry conferences and events to elevate brand visibility and engage with influential stakeholders in the industry.

Direct Manager Direct Reports:

The National Accounts Manager, a pivotal leadership role within Heritage Landscape Supply Group, reports directly to the Senior Director, National Sales. This position is not responsible for managing direct reports, but works collaboratively across various departments to drive strategic initiatives and achieve national sales objectives.

Travel Requirements:

The National Accounts Manager is required to travel up to 30% of the time to various client locations nationwide to maintain and expand key executive-level client relationships, ensure strategic alignment with client objectives, and oversee implementation of account strategies.

Minimum Education:
