- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, tenant settings, reporting, calculated fields, condition rules, and related platform configuration.
- Oversee and troubleshoot Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, APIs/web services, delivered connectors, and SFTP/file-based integrations, leveraging specialized integration resources where appropriate.
- Coordinate Workday releases, testing, configuration changes, production deployments, issue resolution, and vendor escalations.
- Ensure work performed by internal and external resources follows appropriate documentation, testing, security, change-management, and internal AGILE processes.
- Support implementation and transition-to-operations activities for new Workday capabilities, including Procurement and CLM.
- Maintain sufficient internal knowledge of the Workday environment to ensure continuity and avoid excessive dependency on individual contractors or vendors.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 7+ years of Workday administration, configuration, consulting, or application-management experience, preferably in a multi-module environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one major Workday functional area, such as HCM or Financials, with demonstrated ability to work across additional Workday modules.
- Strong knowledge of Workday security administration, business process configuration, reporting, calculated fields, and tenant administration.
- Experience supporting or overseeing Workday integrations, including APIs/web services, Workday Studio, delivered connectors, and/or file-based integrations.
- Experience working with AMS providers, implementation partners, consultants, or staff-augmentation resources and coordinating specialized technical or functional resources.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex Workday issues, evaluate proposed solutions, understand cross-module impacts, and determine when specialized expertise is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to partner across HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT.
Qualifications Desired:
- Formal Workday training and/or Workday Pro certifications in Platform Administration, Security, HCM, Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, or other relevant areas are strongly preferred.
