- Orchestrate complex, matrixed team-selling motions across Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams to deliver a coordinated enterprise customer strategy.
- Own disciplined commercial execution for a senior territory portfolio, including advanced funnel management, opportunity risk assessment, forecast accuracy, CRM governance, strategic account planning, business reviews, and escalation of barriers to growth.
- Serve as the recognized regional Hemostasis (Coagulation) subject matter expert, working within a matrixed organization, shaping strategic pursuits, supporting launch readiness, elevating competitive intelligence, and influencing specialty portfolio growth priorities.
- Apply advanced business acumen to quantify customer impact, including operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue opportunity, risk reduction, and total value of ownership.
- Build executive-level growth plans for priority accounts that expand share, protect at-risk business, create referenceable customers, strengthen long-term loyalty, and deliver measurable commercial, operational, and clinical outcomes.

Your expertise:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts, with proven ability to influence executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
- Deep commercial expertise in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions; direct Hemostasis (Coagulation) experience is strongly preferred, with hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics experience valued.
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Experience using Miller Heiman is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 75% as required to support customer and business needs, with reasonable accommodation available in accordance with applicable law.
- Advanced ability to lead without authority, work across cross-functional team members, influence internal prioritization, and drive accountability across complex, matrixed commercial pursuits.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills with senior decision-makers, consultative selling capability, and ability to translate hemostasis science, laboratory workflow, automation, informatics, and financial impact into differentiated business value for senior decision makers.
- Consistent record of exceeding growth objectives, expanding market share, displacing competitors, advancing strategic opportunities, and building sustainable customer partnerships through disciplined account planning, commercial leadership, and execution excellence.
