At Motorola Solutions, we are "Solving for safer." Our team builds and connects mission-critical technology across Land Mobile Radio (LMR) networks, cloud environments, and intelligent system rules. ## Job Description

In this role, you will implement, maintain, and enhance system rules and integrations within a dynamic, Agile environment. Working within a collaborative, small-scale team, you will ensure seamless system design and support core Radio Online Application (ROL) capabilities. You will help to provide intuitive user experiences, elevate continuous integration practices, and empower team members through technical support and shared training sessions. At Motorola Solutions, everything starts with our people, and we support your professional growth through advanced technical training and hands-on exposure to cutting-edge cloud testing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

System Development & Modeling

- Develop and maintain system rules and models using JavaScript variables, loops, and functions to align with company guidelines
- Refine the application and manage defects in an Agile environment using Jira

Testing & System Support

- Conduct comprehensive integration and system testing across cloud environments
- Provide technical support and facilitate training sessions for application users

Continuous Skill Enhancement

- Participate in advanced JavaScript training and specialized workshops focused on testing techniques and continuous delivery practices

Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, IT, or a technical field with 3+ years of technical experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Job Requirements:

Technical Expertise

- JavaScript Programming to build variables, loops, and custom functions
- LMR Product Architecture experience, including ASTRO 25, MOTOTRBO, MCC7500E, or AXS Consoles

Professional Experience

- System Design experience leveraging deep knowledge of Land Mobile Radio products
- Agile & Quality Assurance collaboration experience utilizing Jira for defect tracking and cloud integration testing

Target Base Salary Range: $105,000 $115,000

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
