Store Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will promote and maintain a positive store culture with innovative and creative Team Member engagement solutions. The coordinator will provide support and assistance with recruitment and onboarding of new Team Members, promptly assisting Team Members with work related needs and concerns, and support in the areas of time keeping, benefits, and records management.

What You'll Do:

- Partner with HR leadership and store management to support Team Member engagement, recognition, and a positive work environment.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, including HRIS transactions and personnel record maintenance.

- Respond to HR-related questions and ensure inquiries are addressed or directed to the appropriate resource.

- Manage time and attendance processes to ensure accurate scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll.

- Administer HR programs and engagement activities, support store projects, and promote Fleet Farm initiatives.

Job Requirements and Education:

- Associates degree in Human Resources, or equivalent degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.

- 2 or more years of HR experience, preferred.

- Proficiency with Microsoft suite, required.

- Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central, preferred.
