Specialist II, Integrated Retail, Retail Brand, Spain & Portugal
Nike is accelerating its marketplace offense across Spain & Portugal, and this role will play a key role within this transformation. As Specialist, Integrated Retail, Retail Brand, you will execute the plans of how Nike shows up for consumers across the territory, elevate our most important retail destinations, amplify the sport/culture within the retail landscape and bringing innovation, storytelling and creativity to life on the ground.
Who you’ll work with
As Specialist Integrated Retail, Retail Brand you will be part of the Retail Brand team Spain & Portugal, reporting directly into the Manager, Integrated Retail, Retail Brand, Spain & Portugal. In this role you will be based in Madrid and partner within the territory VM&S and EKIN (product education), Brand Management, Nike Direct and Sales teams. Also, you will work closely with the Geo EMEA Retail Brand, Brand Management, Experience and Brand Creative teams to deliver seasonal sport and lifestyle campaigns that elevate Nike’s brand distinction across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners.

- Understanding of the local marketplace dynamics.
- Strong communication skills – Spanish & English required. Portuguese considered as a strong plus.
What you’ll work on
You’ll execute seasonal retail campaigns, consumer activations and amplify sport-culture moments across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Nike’s brand priorities in sport and sport culture – led by innovation, storytelling, athletes and sport-culture moments, activated with communities and amplified with media, energy and entertainment in close collaboration with the functional teams. You’ll adapt. EMEA strategies for Spain & Portugal, drive territory-led initiatives, and obsess the consumer experience from pinnacle to scale.
Your key responsibilities:
- Execute integrated retail marketing strategies across Spain & Portugal.
- Adapt EMEA directives and lead territory-originated priorities.
- Agile - you could work in different categories such as football, running, lifestyle and beyond.
- Innovate and explore new ways to connect with the local youth consumer.
- Manage retail programing, EKIN activations & VMS executions.
- Support multi-brand campaigns with marketplace partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless execution.
- Ensure consumer experience excellence from pinnacle to scale.
NIKE Policy is 3 days per week in the office.
The annual base salary for this position generally ranges from 56,600 – 87,700 EUR Annual . Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
