Schedule: Full time | Monday thru Friday | Day Shift | Summer’s included

How you’ll make an impact in this role

- Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
- Administer individual and group therapy.
- Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
- Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge including recommending resources and therapeutic activities in the community.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

- One or more of the following required: Licensed Associate Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Associate Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Social Worker credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Associate Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained within 48 Months (4 years) of hire date or job transfer date.

- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work required.

ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES

- Eligible candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or another related field and must have a clinical license LMHC, LCAC, LMFT, or LSW | LCSW. These are required!
- Masters degree in behavioral health related field required.
- Full clinical license required
- Must have experience working with children, prefer previous school therapy experience.
