ABOUT THE ROLE

The Anti-Tamper (AT) team is hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive security on the next generation of autonomous vehicles. You will own complex programs across the AT portfolio from strategy to rollout — partnering daily with infrastructure, platform, and product teams across the company, while building the metrics and reporting that keep leadership informed on program health. This is a hands-on, builder role. You should be comfortable reading architecture diagrams, pushing back on vague requirements, and turning security goals into shipped outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Ensure Overall Success: Drive the successful execution of AT programs, ensuring defined requirements are met, stay on schedule, and align with budget.

- Stakeholder Management: Own project deliverables and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.

- Program Execution: Lead execution across project tasks and work plans, partnering closely with senior leadership and engineering. Operate with a high degree of ownership and independent judgment. Serve as a trusted partner to our AT teams.

- Technical Coordination: Develop a working understanding of AT architectures and their implementations. Coordinate across the portfolio to identify and fill technical gaps. Gather and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and track the impact of new initiatives. Maintain a clear picture of program or process health that can be communicated to stakeholders.

- Project Coordination: Define project scope and track changes. Identify, document, and monitor project risks. Maintain and update project schedules, action items, and documentation.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a point of contact for internal teams, gathering requirements and feedback. Represent the services and technical capabilities of the AT team to business stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field like Computer Science, Information Systems, OR a degree in a related field with a demonstrated passion for weapon system security.

- 4+ years of program and project management experience within a technology environment managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

- 5+ years of experience in engineering or other related technical disciplines.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze technical data, build metrics, and use them to drive decisions and track program and project health.

- Experience working directly with technical teams to translate both program and business requirements into actionable project plans.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent organizational skills with a high detail orientation and commitment to quality.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Occasional travel to other company sites may be required, up to 10% of the time.

- Able to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CompTIA Project+, CAPM).

- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).

- Background as an AT engineer with expertise in Anti-Tamper methodologies for protecting critical program information

- Experience standing up or maturing an AT team and portfolio at a high-growth company

US Salary Range $166,000 — $220,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
