Role Overview
The Enterprise AI Platform team is building the foundational services, APIs, frameworks, and developer tooling that power AI agents, copilots, enterprise search, workflow automation, and intelligent applications across ADI.
We are seeking a platform-minded engineer with strong expertise in TypeScript, React, APIs, and AWS who is passionate about building reusable services, scalable architectures, and developer experiences that enable teams across the enterprise to rapidly build and deploy AI-powered solutions.
Rather than focusing on one-off applications, you will help create the platform capabilities that power the next generation of Enterprise AI products and agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable platform services, APIs, SDKs, and reusable frameworks.
- Develop modern developer experiences and portals using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Design and implement cloud-native services on AWS.
- Enable enterprise AI capabilities including LLM integrations, RAG services, agent orchestration, vector search, and knowledge retrieval.
- Build platform capabilities for security, observability, governance, telemetry, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with application teams to provide reusable infrastructure and services that accelerate delivery across the enterprise.
- Champion engineering excellence through CI/CD, automation, testing, and platform reliability.
Required Qualifications
- 7 + years of experience building enterprise-scale software platforms and applications.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and API development.
- Experience building and operating cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, containerization, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, caching, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience delivering secure, scalable, and highly available production systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI platforms, copilots, agents, or AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, MCP integrations, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building SDKs, internal developer platforms, shared services, and reusable engineering frameworks.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, observability, and security practices.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $165,600 to $227,700.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
