What You’ll Do
Minimum Qualifications
The Manager of Radiation Therapy provides operational leadership for a community-based Radiation Oncology program, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of radiation therapy services. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the use of advanced radiation therapy technologies, and ensuring care delivery aligns with national standards and ASTRO best practices. The Manager serves as the operational lead for Radiation Oncology, with accountability for department performance, staff engagement, and operational effectiveness. This position partners closely with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physics, Dosimetry, and Oncology Leadership to support regulatory compliance, qual433ity outcomes, and continuous improvement. The role plays a key part in advancing community-based oncology care by optimizing workflows, supporting access to care, and ensuring operational practices align with quality, safety, and revenue integrity standards
- Associates Degree Radiation Therapy
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in Radiation Therapy
- 3-5 years’ experience in Radiation Oncology with leadership experience preferred
