［業務内容］ Key Responsibilities

装置自動化（オンライン化）は、装置をホストと装置側をGEM/GEM300通信で接続し、装置の自動化を実施を行っていただきます。・オンライン化のための通信仕様の検討、ホストプログラムの設定、実機試験を行う。・オンライン化した装置の運用時にトラブルが発生時の、ログの解析、リカバリを行う。・オンライン化には、データ収集の設定も必要になる。Interface-Aでのデータ収集の設計、設定を実施を行う。・プログラムの内製化に伴るソフトウェア開発を行う。・レシピ管理システムと装置の接続作業、実機試験を行う。

Equipment automation (onlineization) involves connecting the device to the host and device side via GEM/GEM300 communication to carry out equipment automation.
・Examining communication specifications for online integration, setting up host programs, and conducting actual device testing.
・Analyze and recover logs when troubles occur during the operation of online devices.
・Onlineization also requires configuring data collection. Design and configure data collection using Interface-A.
・Engage in software development related to in-house program production.
・Connection work and actual equipment testing of the recipe management system and equipment.

■必須要件■ Must Have
※経験年数 ： 2 年程度
• ソフト開発経験（開発言語は問わず）
• クリームルーム内での作業が可能であること（経験はなくともよい）
• 装置メーカ、設備担当者と打ち合わせに必要なコミュニケーションスキル 各レポート等の報告可能であること
• GEM/Interface-A利用経験、
• Excel: 中級以上
• その他: PCスキル中級以上

• Required years of experience – 2 years
• Software development experience (regardless of programming language)
• Able to work inside the cream room (no experience required)
• Communication skills necessary for meetings with equipment manufacturers and equipment personnel. Ability to report various reports, etc.
• Experience using GEM/Interface-A,
• Excel: Intermediate and above
• Other: PC skills intermediate or higher

■尚可要件■ Good to Have
• 半導体業界（生産、装置、材料など）でのソフトウェア開発、特にMESやSEMI規格に順次している場合

• Software development in the semiconductor industry (production, equipment, materials, etc.), especially when sequentially adopting MES and SEMI standards.

■語学力■ Language Skill
• 英語: あれば加点対象
• 日本語‐ JLPT N2 以上

• English : If available, it will be eligible for extra points.
• Japanese – JLPT N2 or above
