Key Holder

Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring a Key Holder to join our team!
We’re looking for a dependable, energetic, and motivated team member who enjoys working with guests, supporting coworkers, and jumping in wherever needed. Our Key Holders are hands-on team members who help lead assigned shifts while working in all areas of the bakery—including Guest Service, Frosting, and Baking.
Key Responsibilities
As a Key Holder, you will help open and/or close the bakery, support daily operations, and provide leadership to team members during assigned shifts.  This is a cross-trained position, and Key Holders are expected to work both front of house and back of house based on the needs of the bakery.
Responsibilities include:
• Opening and/or closing the bakery and completing required procedures
• Providing excellent guest service and assisting with orders
• Operating the register and handling cash accurately
• Supporting and guiding team members during shifts
• Working in the Frosting Department, including frosting and decorating cakes, preparing products for orders, and maintaining frosting and decorating standards
• Working in the Baking Department, including assisting with cake production, preparing ingredients and pans, baking, cleaning equipment, and completing other production tasks
• Moving between Guest Service, Frosting, and Baking as business needs require
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe bakery
• Restocking products, packaging, and supplies
• Following recipes, quality standards, food-safety procedures, and bakery policies
• Helping resolve guest concerns professionally
• Communicating shift updates and operational needs to bakery management

• Enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Can follow recipes, procedures, and quality standards consistently
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is comfortable taking initiative and providing shift leadership
• Has flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
• Previous bakery, restaurant, retail, food-service, or leadership experience is preferred
