About this role
Most GP telehealth right now is a queue of scripts and certificates for people you'll never see again. This role runs the other way.
You'll run GP-led case conferences from your home office for patients with chronic and complex conditions. That's about 22 reviews over an 8 hour session. Each patient already has a care team around them: physio, exercise physiology, dietetics, podiatry, OT and a care coordinator. The coordinators organise the team and handle the admin. You bring the clinical judgement, set the plan and move on to the next patient.
It's the multidisciplinary care most GPs say they want to do more of, and rarely get the time or support to organise.
The money
- Clinic work: $250/hr
- Telehealth: $215/hr
- Case conferencing: $250/hr in clinic
- Or 70% of billings, whichever is higher. The hourly rate is your floor, ongoing
- Sign on bonus and anniversary bonus

- Chronic and complex care across Medicare and DVA billing streams
Requirements
- FRACGP or FACRRM with specialist registration in general practice
- A home office with reliable internet
- DVA and Coordinated Veterans' Care experience is regarded, but not essential as onboarding is provided
