About the Role
The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of DKSH's distribution center, from inbound goods handling to outbound delivery coordination. This position directly contributes to DKSH's service reliability and supply chain excellence by maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance across all distribution activities.
What You Will Deliver
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across the distribution center
- Maintain accuracy and quality through thorough receipt and inspection of inbound goods and trade returns
- Enforce proper quarantine procedures for goods as directed, safeguarding product integrity and compliance
- Oversee invoice processing, picking job scheduling, and cut-off compliance to support uninterrupted operational flow
- Coordinate and monitor picking job assignments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Identify and escalate stock discrepancies during pick and pack operations to maintain inventory accuracy
- Uphold delivery quality standards by inspecting outbound goods and documenting picker errors
- Ensure hygiene and safety compliance by inspecting delivery vehicles for cleanliness and pest infestation prior to dispatch
- Facilitate accurate and timely handover of goods to designated transporters by delivery zoneMaintain accurate inbound logistics records through systematic tracking of arriving trucks and containers
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) where applicable to support warehouse activities
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
- Secondary School or Institute of Technical Education (ITE) certificate or equivalen t
- 1 to 5 years of working experience in a relevant field
- Basic knowledge of warehousing, distribution, transport, and supply chain management
- Working knowledge of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) programs, good warehousing practices, good manufacturing practices, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems
