Logistics Analyst (GCS-CSO, Philippines: Cebu)

Opportunity Overview

- Analyze transportation, warehousing, and distribution data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

- Monitor logistics performance metrics including delivery performance, freight cost, inventory movement, and service levels.

- Support inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely material availability and customer deliveries.

- Develop and maintain logistics reports, dashboards, and performance indicators.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve shipment issues, transportation delays, and operational disruptions.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.

- Support import and export compliance activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Evaluate logistics processes and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

- Participate in supply chain optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure accurate system transactions and data integrity within ERP and logistics management systems.

- Assist with forecasting transportation requirements and capacity planning activities.

- Support cross-functional projects related to new product introductions, business growth, and operational excellence.

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations analysis.

- Knowledge of import/export processes, customs regulations, and international logistics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

- Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain processes.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Continuous improvement experience utilizing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

- Knowledge of inventory management and distribution planning concepts.
