Where is the work:
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

Trane has an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Service Systems Coordinator. As a Service Systems Coordinator, under limited supervision, you are responsible for supporting job transitions, coordinating required documentation, and ensuring work packages are properly validated and processed through completion. This includes managing order acknowledgements, credit approvals, required file uploads, coordination with corporate teams, and Salesforce location management. This position is required to work closely with Account Managers, Sales Administrators, and corporate departments to ensure the timely and accurate progression of each job.

What you will do:

- Confirm required documents based on the bid and TIP.
- Process order acknowledgements and credit approvals.
- Upload required files, including credit approvals, order acknowledgements, and legal documents.
- Transition jobs based on validation requests sent by Account Managers through Worksite.
- Validate requests to transition work packages from Sales Administrators or Account Managers.
- Track job progress, including work packages returned to Account Managers or Sales Administrators for incorrect information.
- Submit contract management requests to the Legal Department.
- Submit credit line requests to MDM.
- Review terms with the Legal Department and coordinate bond orders as needed.
- Set up locations in Salesforce and attach locations to accounts.
- Update account names as needed and verify duplicate locations are not being created.

What you will bring :

- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three (3) plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach and willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proven experience prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business systems preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, job coordination processes, and document management preferred.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
$54,751.66 - $76,929.99
