As a FastTrack trainee, you will learn every aspect of our business through an intensive two year rotation program with clearly defined responsibilities and deliverables. Rotations in Service, New/Used/E-Commerce Sales and Customer Financial Services will support and prepare you for a rewarding career in automotive retail management. A dedicated Sponsor and regular check-ins with Human Resources and Regional Leadership ensure you stay on the Fast Track to success.
