About the Role
As a Regional General Manager, you will lead a portfolio of residential aged care homes across Queensland, including both South East Queensland and North Queensland operations, ensuring safe, high-quality care while delivering strong commercial outcomes.
You will coach and develop General Managers, oversee quality, compliance and clinical governance, and partner with key stakeholders to drive performance, workforce capability, growth and continuous improvement across the region.
This is a highly influential leadership role offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident outcomes, team engagement and operational performance.

What You'll Bring
- Senior leadership experience across multi-site or geographically dispersed operations
