## Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee – PTL Division to join our logistics operations team. The candidate will receive hands-on exposure to PTL operations, customer coordination, shipment planning, hub operations, documentation, transportation management, and last-mile delivery. The role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Operations Management .
## Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day PTL operations and ensure smooth movement of shipments.
- Coordinate with customers, branches, hubs, transport vendors, and delivery teams.
- Assist in pickup planning, vehicle allocation, loading, unloading, and shipment movement .
- Monitor shipments from pickup to final delivery and follow up on delays or exceptions.
- Assist in planning and coordinating line-haul and intercity transportation .
- Coordinate with vendors for vehicle availability and deployment.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, route planning, and transportation performance.
- Ensure proper LR, invoice, e-way bill, POD, and other shipment documentation .
- Track pending deliveries, RTO shipments, shortages, damages, and other operational issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and MIS.
- Support the team in maintaining TAT and service-level commitments .
- Identify operational gaps and support the team in implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in customer communication and resolving service-related issues.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams regarding freight, billing, POD, and payment-related matters.
