Roles & Responsibilities
- Capacity Ramp up planning and execution
- Cordination with Supplier for Line installation and Prove out
- Meeting the target timelines
- Exploring ,Benchmarking and implementing new technology and automate process
- Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspaces to ensure maximum efficiency
- Budget estimation
- Plan and establish sequence of operations to promote efficient utilization
- Collaborating with other business units
Functional Competencies
- SOR preparation
- Cost benefit analysis
- Quote in depth understanding and detailing
- Process Flow design of Battery pack line
- Process Layout design
- Deep understanding of Product and Process O/P requirements
- Design control systems to minimize and increase productivity
- Develop standards for production and design inputs by working with CFT
General Requirements
- Working Knowledge in over all Battery pack line
- Working knowledge in End off line and test rigs
- Working knowledge of ergonomic methods training & application
- Working knowledge of TPM
- Advanced skills with the Internet, data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in project management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics
Industry Preferred
EV/Automotive-Battery Pack line
