We are seeking a Business Planner Home Entertainment (TV/AV) (f/m/x) for a permanent position (100 %) in our TV/AV & DA CH team.

Role and Responsibilities
Your tasks, you…
- plan, monitor and analyse monthly, quarterly and yearly business planning and closing figures across products and segments
- coordinate and lead the local planning, budgeting and alignment processes, including regular management meetings
- plan, monitor and report sales, marketing costs and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- analyze sales, profitability and P&L performance to provide a solid basis for business decisions
- develop business simulations and analyses to support strategic decision-making, considering market developments, PSI and competition
- collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Supply Chain
- prepare management reports and presentations and support ad-hoc business requests from local, European and global stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
Your profile, you…
- have a commercial apprenticeship with further education in Accounting/Controlling or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics or a related field
- bring at least 2 years of professional experience in Accounting, Controlling, Finance or Supply Chain Management
- have excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus
- are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- have a strong affinity for numbers and a solid understanding of P&L structures and financial processes
- demonstrate strong analytical skills and work independently, systematically and in a results-oriented manner
- have a proactive mindset, a high level of commitment, and strong interpersonal skills
