About this role
As an Analytics Solutions Associate within our Data & Transformation team, you will help drive innovation and improve efficiency across our analytics and reporting capabilities. You’ll focus on developing, enhancing, and supporting data visualization and analytics platforms, leveraging tools such as Sigma, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, a passion for automation, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support data visualization and analytics solutions using Sigma, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, and SQL.
- Maintain and support existing analytics platforms, processes, and related infrastructure.
- Build automation capabilities to streamline data workflows and improve reporting efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and reporting outputs.
- Apply analytical and creative problem-solving to address complex business challenges.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to applicable regulatory and compliance standards.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative, high-tempo environment.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data strategy, data management, analytics, or finance transformation roles.
- Proficiency with Sigma and at least one visualization tool (Qlik Sense and/or Tableau); experience with Alteryx, Python, SQL, or similar analytical languages/tools.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Databricks or AWS.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Additional experience in data strategy, data management, analytics, or finance transformation roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (preference for financial, quantitative, or analytical disciplines).
