As a Workday HR Admin Associate you will support the people lifecycle through HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, record maintenance, compliance tracking, and handling employee inquiries through Workday. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to client support activities, building technical knowledge, adapting to changing priorities, and taking ownership of tasks while delivering reliable work in a fast-paced environment within our People Operations practice. In this role at PwC, you will help keep HR systems and processes running smoothly, interpret requests accurately, route issues through the right channels, and build your skills across human resource operations, digital HR tools, and day-to-day service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supporting HR service delivery activities across employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and absence administration
- Managing employee record updates, transaction processing, and documentation within Workday and other HR systems
- Responding to HR inquiries, routing complex requests, and tracking follow-up actions in line with HR procedures
- Reviewing employee data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across records and service requests
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues tied to employee lifecycle events and system transactions
- Applying labor law, HR policy, and confidentiality requirements when handling employee information and case details
- Drafting process documentation, case notes, and reference materials to support consistent HR operations
- Identifying process improvement opportunities by gathering information, interpreting patterns, and sharing observations with senior team members
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Applying Workday HR administration coursework or internship exposure
- Demonstrating familiarity with HR data, reporting, and data quality
- Utilizing documentation, process tracking, and administrative coordination skills
- Adapting quickly within client-facing, fast-paced service environments
- Communicating clearly, asking questions, and learning from feedback
