About this role
We require an operationally focused Delivery Solutions Consultant who will create certainty across the Industry Skills Practice portfolio by proactively managing the readiness, resourcing, scheduling, communication and delivery assurance of training, assessment and consulting services. The role will provide end-to-end ownership of service delivery activities, ensuring risks are identified early, stakeholders remain informed, resources are available when required and every client engagement is delivered professionally, efficiently and with a quality-first mindset.
