YOUR NEW ROLE:

The purpose of this role is to support the Team in the below key strategic priorities –

- Projects and Initiatives - supporting the planning, management and delivery of projects and initiatives to improve the customer experience, uplift controls and risk management and enable colleagues in new ways of working.
- Business optimisation and maintenance - supporting the regular maintenance and updating of process maps , work instructions , risk and control registers, training content, share -point sites etc. as part of projects , initiatives, risk reviews or ongoing business needs
- Reporting – delivering regular business reporting to stakeholders
- Ad hoc business analysis and project management - delivering ad hoc support as part of business analysis or project management
- The role requires experience in project management, problem solving, solution design, change management, developing rollout plans , training, process maps and work instructions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

- Minimum 7+ years of in Global Banking and Financial services with strong understanding of Banking Operations
- Direct 4+ years’ experience in business analysis, project management or change management
- Business analysis / project management/ change experience
- Growth mindset , deliver under pressure, adapt to feedback and changing business priorities
- Strategic and critical thinking skills
- Ability to create and manage project plans and risk registers
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and effective training and comms material using MS PowerPoint or other digital tools , with excellent attention to detail
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Skilled in creating /updating process maps and work instructions
- Skilled in creating and updating sharepoint pages.
- Skilled in engaging stakeholders and SMEs independently.
