The role operates with significant autonomy, providing advanced technical support , driving continuous improvement, and ensuring platform services meet agreed service levels.
Experience Profile
2–5 years of experience in Azure integration and cloud platform operations
Proven experience supporting production, business-critical platforms
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services
Solid knowledge of Azure networking, security, and governance
Experience supporting production platforms and handling incidents and outages
Proficiency with monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools
Desirable
Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Developer (AZ-204) certification
Experience with cost management and optimisation in Azure
Familiarity with ITIL-aligned operational processes
