About this role
We are a team of Chartered Independent Financial Planners, recognised by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). Our chartered status reflects our commitment to a client-first approach, ethical practice, and continuous professional development. We provide holistic financial planning — covering wealth management, family protection, retirement planning, and property finance — while integrating ESG principles for clients who value responsible investing.
Our financial planning team (https://mooreks.co.uk/services/advisory/financial-planning/) is growing rapidly, now nearly 50 strong, and we’re proud of the collaborative, values-driven culture we’ve built through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. We are looking for a motivated and proactive graduate to join our team as an IFA Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in financial planning and gain hands-on experience within a fast-growing, supportive team. We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in financial services.
In this role, you will work closely with our client support team and financial planners, providing administrative support and helping to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will assist with preparing documentation, processing applications, maintaining accurate client records and supporting the implementation of financial planning recommendations, while developing an understanding of FCA-regulated processes and procedures.
You will gain exposure to a broad range of financial planning solutions, including pensions, investments, protection and platform-based products, building valuable industry knowledge and experience. We will provide training, support and opportunities for professional development, helping you build a successful long-term career in financial planning.
This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative and ambitious team where you can learn from experienced professionals, take ownership of your work and make a meaningful contribution to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
