Human Resources Specialist

• support the General Manager in driving organizational effectiveness, cross-functional coordination, and strategic communication.

• Provide daily support to the General Manager, including meeting coordination, schedule management, business travel arrangements, and follow-up on key action items.

• Act as a communication bridge between the General Manager and internal departments, regional teams, headquarters, customers, and external stakeholders.

• Talent development, onboarding, training design and effectiveness evaluation.

• Succession planning for key positions.

• Organizational development and team effectiveness.

• Control and drive employee efficiency by HC and cost analysis

• Performance management and manager coaching.

• Culture building and BorgWarner Beliefs deployment.

• Employee relations, disciplinary and grievance management.

• Strategic HR consultation to improve people, structure, process and culture.

• Ensure compliance with local laws, policies and procedures.

• Support HR strategy implementation and HR data integrity.
