Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a global eQMS consolidation and transformation program , bringing the current quality management landscape from five different platforms into a single harmonized solution. The program will leverage the existing Veeva platform to establish a standardized, scalable, and future-ready One eQMS solution across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the global eQMS consolidation program , transitioning from multiple existing quality management systems toward a single harmonized Veeva-based platform.
- Drive adoption of the Vacaville Veeva platform as the foundation for the future One Lonza eQMS landscape.
- Manage the program roadmap across three main phases:  Technical Readiness,  Scale  and  Enhance  
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Quality, IT, business, technical teams, vendors, and individual sites .
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision-making across multiple workstreams.
- Support harmonization of quality processes and workflows across different sites while balancing global standards with site-specific needs.
- Drive technical and organizational readiness for multi-site implementation and deployment.
- Coordinate system integrations and dependencies required for the new eQMS landscape.
- Manage migration and transition activities from legacy systems including TrackWise, SciLife, MasterControl, and Lotus Notes .
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across global and local teams.
- Improve visibility and collaboration for internal stakeholders and customers through standardized processes and a consolidated quality management platform.
- Support the long-term scalability and future readiness of the global eQMS solution.

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing Quality Systems (eQMS) projects end-to-end within pharmaceutical GxP-regulated environments .
- Strong hands-on IT Project Management experience covering requirements gathering, workshops, testing, deployment, hypercare, and vendor coordination.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a must.
- Solid understanding of Quality processes, including Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Investigations, Audit Management, and Supplier Quality.
- Experience with CSV (Computer System Validation) .
- Successful delivery of global SaaS application implementations, upgrades, consolidations, and multi-site rollouts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Quality, QA, Regulatory, Compliance, Validation, and IT organizations.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
- Strong delivery mindset and ability to drive projects to completion.
- Fluent English is a must.
- For this role, we do not offer a relocation package. Candidates must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work in their country of residence.
