Job Summary
Support procurement operations by coordinating sourcing activities, managing supplier communications, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Assist in achieving cost efficiency, supplier compliance, and smooth operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Operations
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare pricing.
- Support RFQ/RFP and tender activities.
- Coordinate procurement transactions and follow company procedures.
Supplier Management
- Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations.
- Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
- Assist with vendor onboarding and documentation.
Contract & Compliance Support
- Maintain procurement documentation and contract records.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Support procurement audits and compliance reviews.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis.
- Update procurement trackers and KPI dashboards.
- Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems.
