Job Description

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Power BI / Business Analyst (m/f)  to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment .

In this role, you will combine business analysis and reporting expertise , working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective reporting and data visualization solutions using Power BI .

THE WORK:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements .
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and reporting solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards .
- Define and document KPIs, reporting logic, and data requirements together with business stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and support data quality activities.
- Support testing and user acceptance of reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with business, data, and IT teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Strong experience in Business Analysis , particularly within data and reporting projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI , including dashboard and report development.
- Good knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and data modelling .
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional and reporting solutions.
- Experience working with KPIs and data visualization .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English .
