# Creative & Scriptwriting Intern
We’re looking for a creative, curious person who loves ideas, internet culture and writing to join our performance marketing team. Your main job will be to come up with and write 30-second scripts for ads but before you write, you'll need to figure out what the ad should actually say .
### What you'll do
- Research audiences, products, competitors and trends.
- Come up with interesting hooks, concepts and angles for ads.
- Write short, engaging 30-second video scripts.
- Experiment with different styles — humour, storytelling, education, emotion, etc.
- Work with the team to turn ideas into ads and learn from what performs.
- Rewrite, improve and keep coming up with better ideas.
Who we're looking for
- Fresh graduates from any stream .
- Someone who's naturally creative and curious .
- A good writer who can make an idea simple and interesting.
- Someone who spends way too much time noticing ads, content, trends and what people are talking about.
- Most importantly, someone who has ideas .
