Business Systems Analyst

Implements and organizes user IT training for the IT systems in the area of

responsibility.

· Manufacturer quality assessments and negotiations together with respective departments · Provide support in audits within the responsible area · Administration of user and profiles · Support of application according to respective organizational model

Required training and education:

· Diploma/master in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics

or comparable qualification

· Professional experience in information technology and/or business process management

in an international environment desirable.

· Experienced in project management.

· Knowledge in IT-security, data integrity and protection

Required professional experience (in years):

· Relevant professional experience in a comparable role or discipline.

· Strong practical knowledge developed through hands-on experience.

· Evidence of continuous growth in expertise, responsibility, and business understanding.

Other specialized knowledge:

Ideally knowledge of processes and applications in the area of manufacturing sites, like

Historian, MES, LIMS, Plant Maintenance, Serialization in a validated/regulated (medical)

environment etc.

Responsibility as System- /Application-owner for applications used in our sites and CDCs

(business areas production, quality, logistics, etc.)

· Implementation, validation and control of IT requirements and processes at the sites

· IT-technical implementation of the processes (support of the business and interface

between business and IT).

· Supports and designs the optimization of business processes to improve efficiency and

increase productivity in the assigned area, including appropriate and supporting IT

applications.

· Project Mngt in an international environment,

· Organizes the provision of support services for the applications available in the area of

responsibility.

· Proactively identifies potential service level issues and implements or coordinates with

other areas to resolve them.

· Develops and implements IT policies and procedures.

· Responsible for the validation of the application, including initial training.

· Creation of the budget for the applications in the area of responsibility (maintenance,

further development, etc.)

· Monitor system and ensure performance as well as oversee necessary lifecycle

management.

· Maintain documentation and evidence of compliance.
