About this role
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Certification in Industrial Security Management / Safety & Security Management will be preferred.
- Ex-Defense, Para-Military, CISF, CRPF, BSF, or Police background will be an added advantage.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in industrial security, power plants, manufacturing units, heavy industries, mining, steel, cement, or infrastructure projects.
Experience in handling large-scale industrial security operations and security manpower management.
