Global LIMS Application Developer
About the role
Join our Global Digitalisation Team and play a key role in shaping the future of laboratory digitalization across Richter sites. You will drive the continuous improvement of our global LIMS platform, support ELN and LES initiatives, and contribute to the standardization of laboratory processes across Richter's global quality network.

Key Responsibilities
- Active support of the global LIMS program and participation in cross-site professional workshops and project meetings
- Definition of LIMS development directions, development priorities and strategic oversight of development initiatives
- Collection, harmonization and governance of global LIMS master data structures
- Coordinate and support the implementation of ELN and LES solutions
- Ensure GMP-compliant digitalization of laboratory procedures and analytical methods
- Development and maintenance of ELN and LES workflows
- Coordination and support of system testing, qualification and validation activities
- Support instrument integrations through SDMS and interfaces between LIMS and enterprise applications including SAP
- Professional support and mentoring of local LIMS application support specialists and key users
- Ensure compliance with GMP, Data Integrity and CSV requirements
- Support internal and external audits and inspections
- Knowledge of all current regulatory and governing documents applicable to the job role
Requirements
- Education: University degree
- Language skills: Advanced English
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical laboratories, laboratory informatics or LIMS-related activities
- Special requirements: GMP, Data Integrity, CSV, LIMS/ELN/LES knowledge
