KEU ESG Advisor - FTC 12 months

Passionate about creating meaningful social impact and advancing sustainability? Kellanova is looking for a KEU ESG Advisor to help bring its Better Days Promise to life across Europe. Based in Dublin, Ireland in a hybrid working model, this role offers the opportunity to partner with colleagues, customers, and community organizations to drive initiatives that create a positive impact for people, communities, and the planet. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the EU Sustainability Director, the KEU ESG Advisor will play a key role in delivering Better Days priorities across social impact, meaningful partnerships, internal and external communications, commercialization, impact measurement, and reporting.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading Mental Wellbeing Partnerships: Spearhead Kellanova’s partnership with Movember, driving initiatives that promote mental wellbeing, strengthen community impact, and enhance employee and stakeholder engagement across the region.

- Elevating Better Days Communications: Develop and manage engaging internal communications, including the Better Days Hub, quarterly highlights, sustainability updates, presentation materials, and awareness campaigns.

- Driving ESG Reporting and Customer Requests: Coordinate Better Days reporting activities, support sustainability disclosures, respond to customer ESG and social impact requests, and help ensure accurate, timely, and transparent communication of progress and outcomes.

- Building Meaningful Partnerships: Lead Better Days partnerships across Ireland and HGM, identifying opportunities to create shared value, strengthen community relationships, and deliver measurable social impact aligned with strategic priorities.

- Managing Partnership Operations: Oversee partnership administration and payment processes, ensuring efficient governance, strong stakeholder relationships, and effective support for social impact programs and initiatives.

We’re Looking for Someone With

- Previous experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, corporate responsibility, or sustainable development.

- Experience managing sustainability, social impact, community investment, or stakeholder engagement initiatives.

- Program management and administration experience within the area of social impact is a plus.

- Experience supporting sustainability reporting, impact measurement, ESG disclosures, or customer sustainability requests.

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences or a related field.
