Talent Acquisition & Administration Intern
Location: Luxembourg
Schedule: 12-month, full-time internship (flexible)

Salary: €1,800 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Administration Intern to support both our People & Culture administration and recruitment activities.
You will work closely with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition professionals across the EMEA and US regions, gaining exposure to international recruitment practices and People & Culture processes while developing your skills in a dynamic, global environment.
Some of the things you will be doing
- Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Collaborate with the EMEA and US Talent Acquisition teams and support the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy approval to candidate onboarding.
- Help create clear, engaging job descriptions that attract the right talent.
- Review and screen applications to help identify suitable candidates and support the initial selection process.
- Help build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity.
- Contribute to an exceptional candidate and employee experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
- Support a variety of projects, contributing to initiatives that improve processes and the employee and candidate experience.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Strong interest in People & Culture and Talent Acquisition.
Interest in working in an international environment and collaborating with colleagues across different regions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other language is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
