For the season 2027, we are looking for a Porter , to join our team Splendido!

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

He/She will Report to the Executive Housekeeper.

Main duties & responsibilities:

- Responsible for the welcome and farewell of our guests, according to the Company policies, standard and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times;
- Ensure that the external reception area is in order and well maintained;

- Being informed about guest information (arrivals, departures and guests in house);
- Working closely with Housekeeping staff and offering assistance when necessary;

- Deal with emergency requests when asked by a Supervisor;

- Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues;

Requirements

- Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally);
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them.
- Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions.
- Try and adopt new ways of doing things;
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player e Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback. Fluent in Italian and basic level of English;
- Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships;
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
