Java React Solutions Architect – Cloud, Agile & Technology Delivery

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Java React technology professional with 8–10 years of experience in technology leadership and software development. The role will support technology initiatives, guide cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technology solutions, and contribute to successful project delivery. The position requires a broad understanding of technologies and software systems, cloud computing platforms, database management, software architecture, design patterns, Agile methodologies, and project delivery practices. The role will create business value through effective technical decisions, process improvements, stakeholder collaboration, technology evaluation, and alignment with business strategy.
