RPA Developer – Automation Anywhere A360

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in developing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in India.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Build reusable automation components and workflows.

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing bots.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver automation projects.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide production support when required.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360.

- Strong knowledge of bot development, Control Room, and Bot Runner/Bot Creator.

- Experience with Excel, CSV, PDF, and file handling automation.

- Knowledge of web and desktop application automation.

- Basic SQL knowledge for data handling.

- Understanding of exception handling and logging mechanisms.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Automation Anywhere A360 Certification.

- Experience with Python, APIs, or REST integrations.

- Exposure to OCR or Intelligent Document Processing.

- Knowledge of Git or other version control tools.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant Automation Anywhere certifications are an added advantage.
