Role Overview

DXC is hiring SAP Interns to support our SAP team. Interns will be assigned to either the SAP Concur team or the SAP ABAP team based on business requirements and team availability. Allocation will be determined by the hiring team and cannot be selected by candidates.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise SAP applications, support operations, and SAP development activities within a global IT services organization.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on team allocation, interns may be involved in:

SAP Concur Track

- Assist in handling basic SAP Concur support tickets under supervision.
- Perform first-level application support activities, including incident logging, analysis, and resolution.
- Support end users with system-related queries and issues.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and knowledge base updates.
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the SAP team.
- Adhere to defined SOPs, SLAs, and documentation standards.

SAP ABAP Track

- Assist in SAP ABAP development and support activities under supervision.
- Support development, testing, debugging, and documentation of SAP programs and enhancements.
- Assist with reports, interfaces, forms, and technical support activities.
- Conduct unit testing and support defect analysis and resolution.
- Participate in technical documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
- Adhere to SAP development standards and coding guidelines.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications, software development, or system support concepts.
- Familiarity with SDLC concepts is an advantage.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or SQL is an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn SAP technologies and enterprise systems.
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Additional Information

- Location: DXC Technology, 10A, Jalan Bersatu 13/4, PJS 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1-2 days per week on-site)
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Allowance: MYR 1,000 per month
- Internship Duration: Minimum 6 months
- Start Date: Must be available to start the internship from November 2026 onwards

Eligibility

- Kindly note that this opportunity is open to Malaysian citizens only, as it is aligned with HRDF programme requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree programme
- Final-year students preferred
- Must be able to commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months
