Key Responsibilities
- Create and Manage BOMs :
- Develop and maintain detailed and accurate BOMs for various products.
- Update BOMs in response to design changes, production variations, and new product introductions.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Production Teams :
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design and material specifications.
- Liaise with production departments to ensure seamless material availability and minimize production delays.
- Data Management :
- Utilize SAP system
- to manage BOM data.
- Ensure all BOM-related information is correctly inputted and updated in company databases.
- Quality Assurance :
- Verify BOMs for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular audits of BOMs to ensure they meet company standards and compliance regulations.
- Documentation and Reporting :
- Generate reports on material usage, shortages, and surplus.
- Prepare documentation to support procurement and inventory management.
