Role Overview We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Consultant to design, develop, deploy, and support AI-powered agents and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade AI solutions, integrating Copilot agents with business applications, and enabling process automation through the Microsoft ecosystem. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to identify AI-driven opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and support the adoption of Copilot technologies across the organization. Responsibility Area Key Responsibilities Copilot Studio Development
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build and maintain conversational experiences, topics, prompts, and agent instructions.
- Configure Generative AI capabilities and enterprise knowledge grounding.
- Optimize agent performance, response quality, and user experience.
- Implement best practices for conversational design and prompt engineering.
Integration & Automation
- Integrate Copilot agents with Microsoft Teams and enterprise applications.
- Develop custom connectors and REST API integrations.
- Enable seamless data access across business systems.
- Support automation scenarios and workflow orchestration across enterprise platforms.
Support & Operations
- Monitor agent performance, usage, and adoption.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve platform-related incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support deployment, release management, and enhancement activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
Governance & Security
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.
- Support environment management, access controls, and solution lifecycle management.
- Follow organizational best practices for AI governance and responsible AI usage.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize AI use cases.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Provide effort estimates, technical recommendations, and implementation guidance.
- Support continuous improvement and adoption initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in application development, automation, or modern workplace technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio implementations.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs and connectors.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
