PMO Analyst Key

Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and learning opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.  •        Project Governance & Planning •        Reporting & Analytics •        Stakeholder Management •        Risk & Issue Management •        Resource & Financial Tracking •        Process Improvement •                 Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. •                 4-8 years of experience in PMO, project management, transition management, or business operations. •                 Experience in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Finance & Accounting operations preferred. •                 PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is an added advantage. •                 Strong project planning and coordination skills. •                 Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. •                 Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or Azure DevOps. •                 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •                 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. •                 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •                 Governance compliance and audit readiness. •                 Resource utilization and budget adherence. •                 Transition and transformation projects. •                 Finance & Accounting processes (PTP, OTC, RTR).
