Finance Analyst Stores Reporting

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

As part of a team that helps our Hearcare stores understand and improve their financial performance, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely management information that supports decision-making across the partnership. Your work will help store leaders focus on what matters most, providing outstanding care and service to customers while driving business success.

In this role, you'll support the production of monthly management accounts for our UK and ROI Hearcare stores, ensuring financial information is accurate, reliable and delivered on time. You'll investigate and analyse financial data, complete balance sheet reconciliations, review key account movements and respond to queries from Store Directors in a clear and approachable way. Working closely with colleagues across Finance, you'll help turn financial information into meaningful insight while maintaining high standards and meeting key deadlines.

To succeed, you'll have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping, alongside experience with Microsoft Excel and a keen eye for detail. You may be studying towards, or have recently completed, an entry-level accounting qualification such as AAT, ACCA or CIMA. Just as important is your ability to communicate confidently, build positive relationships and explain financial information in a way that others can easily understand. You'll thrive if you're organised, eager to learn, open to feedback and motivated to continuously develop your skills in a supportive team environment.
