We work closely with +100 industrial manufacturers in the DACH & Nordics regions through the full procurement cycle, making sustainable material options the obvious choice, not the hard one. With our AI-native approach and proprietary trading technology, we can offer the widest selection of recycled plastics on the market, while having the most efficient processes. Based on this we have grown by 10x in revenue YoY and planning on continuing on this trajectory.

We are in search of an **Automation & Logistics Operations Trainee** to our Berlin office to help our Supply team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainable materials and make a tangible difference in the way brands and manufacturers transition towards circularity. You get to learn first-hand from industry experts and expand your own knowledge in the development of agentic workflows.

This is a temporary full-time position for the duration of October **2026 - March 2027**, starting as soon as possible. The time period is flexible regarding end date, and continuing at Ambio is likely possible also after the temporary period.

Aufgaben

Your Responsibilities:

* **Market & data analysis:** Conduct projects for our Sales and Supply teams, and process external and internal data sources into actionable insights
* **Agentic Workflow creation:** Create useful agentic workflows to make our operations & sourcing even more efficient by using Claude Code and N8N.
* **Sample operations:** Own our sampling pipeline to serve our customers across Europe
* **Logistics coordination:** Coordinate LTL (less-than-full-truck) deliveries to our customers across Europe
* **Data management:** Maintain and update our supplier & material database
* **Supplier engagement:** Connect with suppliers to gather detailed product information and documentation

* Have keen interest to learn about the industry, the materials and to be part of building and scaling a startup
* Are curious, eager to learn quickly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Can work independently and take full ownership of your work
* Optional: Have prior experience in building agentic workflows or are open to learn this
